If you join the waitlist, VTM stores the email address you provide, along with the date you joined. That's the only data this site collects that could identify you — there are no user accounts, no trading data, and no payment information, because none of that exists yet.
VTM also counts page views, and that count is deliberately anonymous. For each day it records the page, the label described below, and a running total — nothing else. Your IP address is not stored, no cookie or identifier is set for it, and your browser's user agent is read only to decide whether a request came from a bot and is then discarded. The result is a tally VTM cannot trace back to any visitor, including you.
It also stores a short label for where you found VTM, when one is available: the name of the place a link was posted (for example, a link from VTM's TikTok profile is labelled “tiktok”), or the name of the website that linked you here. Your browser keeps that label for up to 30 days so it still applies if you sign up on a later visit, and it's sent only when you join the waitlist. It's used only to count which places bring people to the waitlist.
Your email address is used solely to notify you when VTM becomes available to subscribe. Nothing here is sold, shared, or used for anything else.
In Cloudflare's infrastructure, the same provider hosting this site. Your email address is not shared with any marketing or analytics tool, including the two services named further down this page.
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any VTM email, or write to support@getvtm.com, and your address is removed from the waitlist.
Mail to [email protected] is forwarded to tawk.to, the help desk VTM uses to keep track of support requests, so your message and email address are stored there as well. There is no chat widget on this site, and nothing from tawk.to loads in your browser.
Two things on these pages come from somewhere other than VTM, and both are worth naming because your browser requests them directly, which means the other company sees your IP address the way any website you visit would.
Neither is used to identify you and VTM receives no personal data from either. Both are listed here because a policy that claims nothing third-party is involved should be true, and before 2026-11-05 this one said that while these were already in place.
A real launch will involve real user accounts and, eventually, payment processing — this policy will be substantially rewritten and reviewed by a lawyer before that happens, not quietly expanded in place.
