Enter your email on the sign-in page and VTM emails you a link that signs you in. The link works once and expires after 15 minutes.
Request a fresh one. Some mail scanners open links before you do, which uses the link up — if that keeps happening to you, tell us and we'll sort it out another way.
VTM reads market conditions each session, decides which of its strategies are cleared to trade, and publishes what those strategies found: what to trade, where to enter, and how the trade ends. You place the trades yourself in your own brokerage account.
VTM never places trades and never connects to your broker. It doesn't know your account, your balance or your circumstances, so nothing it publishes is personal advice, and support can't tell you whether to take a trade, how much to risk, or what to do with a position you're holding. That boundary isn't evasion; it's the line between publishing research and managing your money.
That's usually correct behaviour. Each strategy is only cleared to trade in the market conditions it was built for, so in a calm bull market the downside strategies stand aside on purpose, and a strategy with no setup publishes nothing. A quiet strategy isn't a broken one. The Other Side explains what each strategy is waiting for.
Tell us. Include the strategy, what you saw, and roughly when. Stale data is the failure we care most about, and a report of it goes to the front of the queue.
Some decide near the close, some during the morning, and a few watch all session. A signal appears when the strategy that produced it has run, not on a single daily schedule. Your dashboard lists the run time for every strategy on your plan, in Eastern and in your own local time, under When your strategies run.
Signals publish every 15 minutes through the session, and every 5 minutes in the final 20 minutes before the close. So the gap between a strategy deciding and you seeing it is a few minutes at most, and shortest near the close, when it matters.
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the last day of the period you've already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
If something on our side stopped you using what you paid for — signals not reaching you, for example — write to support and we'll put it right.
